It’s Finally Happened: Sunderland Have Lost

It has taken 22 games for Sunderland to finally lose. But they remain on top with a huge gap between them and the rest.

Wolves, the king killers, have now not lost in 5 games (4 wins, 1 draw)

Burnley have gone 5 games without loss and and now 10 home games without loss. They have the second best home record.

Man Utd’s loss to Burnley was their first away loss in 6 games.


Chelsea’s shock home loss to Stoke means they have not won in 4 games.

Stoke’s win in London means they are out of the relegation zone and have amazingly won 5 points from their last 3 games. It’s their third game in a row where they’ve scored two goals. Yet they still remain the team with the lowest goals.

Derby have now lost 3 games in a row and have only won 2 of their last 7 home games.

Forest are now back to winning ways and have still not lost away this season.

Ipswich have now not won in 6 games.

West Ham have moved up to 4th, winning 9 points from the last 10.


Liverpool’s strong win against Arsenal was their first win in 5.

Meanwhile Arsenal have not won in 5. They have only won one away win in their last 9 away games.

Man City’s tough win at home to Leeds means they haven’t lost in 7.

Leeds have now not won any of their last 4 away games.


Newcastle’s smashing victory over WBA was their first win in 8 games. It was only their second home win in 8.

Sheffield Wednesday have not lost in 4 games.

Poor Coventry have fallen into the relegation zone. They have only won 2 games in 19, anod only 2 draws in 12 away games.
